Please join us and invite your family, friends, neighbors and teens to learn more about the opioid crisis and discuss ways to overcome the nationwide epidemic.
Symposium panelists include: Panel Facilitator: Lion Cindy Gregg - Past International Director of Lions Club International Lion Dr. Michael Masummi - New developments in addressing pain without opioids and remedies for opioid dependency disorders; Dr. Anita O. Solomon - PhD, ABPP, MSCP- Psychologist; Lion Ronnie Cervanka – Family/Personal testimonial and Jennifer Lofland Intelligence Manager Drug Enforcement Administration will focus on laws and regulations.
In addition, roundtable discussions will feature residential staff from halfway house, a law enforcement officers from surrounding counties, Maryland and District of Columbia; a pharmacist, and other health advocates.
